DELIVERY POLICY


Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in the UK as part of our Standard Delivery service. Deliveries can also be made on a Next Day UK Delivery service although there are some restrictions - we have detailed the affected postcodes below.

We can also deliver to most EU countries. Please refer to the section below on International Delivery.

 

How we deliver

We offer a range of delivery options for both retail and trade customers.

We typically use Royal Mail for most deliveries. Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 8am and 5pm. In some cases a signature may be required. If you are not around when the carrier tries to deliver they will leave a calling card and attempt a re-delivery on the next working day, or you can rearrange your delivery by following the instructions on the calling card.

 

Tracking the status of your order

Where a tracking service is available from the carrier we will send you the link via email immediately prior to your order being dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed.

For retail customers, standard UK standard delivery is FREE on orders over £50.00. If your order is less than £50.00 delivery is charged at £3.99. 

Next Day UK Delivery

Next Day UK Delivery is available for all orders and provided your order is placed by 4p.m. our carrier will deliver the following day, with the exception of Sundays and Bank Holidays.

For retail customers, Next Day UK Delivery costs are £9.99 per order.

Next Day UK Delivery is not available for the following postcodes: GY1, GY9, HS2, PA61, PA62-65, PA78, ZE2-3, KW1-17, PH30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44.

International Delivery

 For retail customers, International Delivery is FREE on orders over £80.00. If your order is less than £80.00 delivery is charged at £9.99.

International deliveries will normally take 5 to 10 working days from your order being placed.

Once the shipment has arrived in your country it will be subject to normal customs or import duties. If customs charges or import duties are payable these must be paid for by the recipient of the shipment. We have no control over these policies, which vary from country to country and may be subject to change so please check with your local customs authorities for more information.

Upon delivery, signature may be required and if you’re not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending upon the country but we should be able to give you more information if you send us an email to info@inzoso.eu

 

Delayed Orders

On very rare occasions we may be unable to ship some orders, for example if the item(s) you require are not in stock or we are unable to successfully take payment. Some orders may be delivered outside of the published delivery timescales due to factors outside of our control such as adverse weather conditions or a broken down delivery vehicle.

We want you receive your Zoso products as soon as possible, so if any of these things happen you can be assured that we will let you know immediately via email or phone.


RETURNS POLICY

 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase of Zoso products. You may return your Zoso products to us for any reason provided you do so within 30 days from date of shipment.

If you are returning your products to us because you believe they are defective due to a material or workmanship flaw then the period for returns is extended to 1 year from the date of shipment.

When returning products to us you will need to include your original Order Confirmation documentation. We will be unable to process your return without this information.

Unless you are returning products to us because you believe they are defective or faulty, you must also include the original unmarked and undamaging packaging and products must be in a fully reusable and resaleable condition. Please ensure that when you return products to us you take reasonable care to pack the parcel so that products are not damaged in transit. We recommend using carriers that offer both a track and trace facility as well as appropriate insurance as we can only deal with your return fully once products have been received at our warehouse.

Once we receive your return at the above address we will perform an inspection and process your return. We endeavor to process all returns, including any applicable refunds, within 20 business days. As soon as your return has been processed we will promptly notify you by email or phone.

Subject to you complying with the conditions above we will provide a 100% refund of the original product price. If your products are not defective and are being returned for us for any other reason we may be unable to provide a refund if we reasonably consider that products returned to us are in a condition that means they cannot be resold. If you do not include the original unmarked and undamaged packaging we may also deduct up to 25% of the refund amount.

We are unable to refund your return delivery and insurance costs unless products are being returned to us because they are defective due to a material or workmanship flaw.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
